Dear friends - one day
The pain will ease - and your
Heart will sing again - when the sorrow
And the loss  -  that  leave  an  empty  chair 
Will  be replaced -  by happy times - 
That  make the loneliness - you
Feel today - much easier
To  bear .



For - you will never 
Truly be alone - even though
Your heart may not receive these 
Words I speak to you today - but - time and
Seasons have a way of moving on - and 
There will be new friendships and
Events - that God will bring -
To fill the emptiness 
You feel today .


And - through it all 
Our Saviour sees the tears
And He knows the pain - you feel 
This day - but - stay close to Him - and
Know the presence of the One who
Loves us with an Everlasting 
Love - and who - wipes
All  our tears 
Away .


So - give Him all the
Sadness - and then praise 
Him -  that He will take away - the 
Loneliness and pain - and He will give you
The  promise  of  His peace  and  glory -
Like the rainbow - that reassures us
That the sun will still be shining 
Through the darkness -

... and soon ...

The goodness of the LORD - 

Will help you smile again.
